Meditation Together — Registration Terms

These terms apply to free registration for Meditation Together, a series of three live online guided meditations on 21 October, 18 November and 17 December 2026.

Version v1.0 – October 2026.

Series schedule

1. Organiser and contact. The series is organised by Relational Life Institute, Inc. (“RLI,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Contact: support@terryreal.com.

2. The series. Meditation Together is a free series of three live, online guided meditation sessions (the “Series”). No meditation experience is needed. The Series is not therapy, counselling, medical or mental-health treatment, clinical training, supervision or certification. It does not provide continuing-education credit.

3. Dates and platform. The sessions are held on Wednesday 21 October 2026, Wednesday 18 November 2026 and Thursday 17 December 2026, each from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time). The teachers are Jack Kornfield, Trudy Goodman and Terry Real; teachers vary by session. The platform is Zoom Webinar or another online platform RLI designates. One registration covers all three sessions. Joining instructions are sent to the email address given at registration.

4. What free registration includes. Free registration includes access to the three live sessions. It does not include a replay or recording access, learning-platform access, continuing-education credit, personal guidance or individual questions and answers.

5. Changes and cancellation. RLI may make reasonable changes to the schedule, format or teachers. If a session is cancelled or moved, RLI will email registrants with the updated details.

6. Eligibility. Participants must be at least 18 years old. International attendance is welcome where lawful.

Taking part

1. Your wellbeing. Meditation can sometimes bring up difficult feelings or memories. Take part at your own pace. You can open your eyes, move, pause or leave at any time. The Series is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have concerns about meditation and your health, speak with a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

2. Joining and technology. You are responsible for joining on time and for using compatible equipment and a reliable internet connection. Your joining link is personal and may not be shared. You may not record, screenshot, transcribe or redistribute the sessions.

3. Conduct. Please be respectful and protect other people’s privacy. Do not share information that identifies another person. RLI may mute, restrict or remove a participant for disruptive, unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Recording and participation

1. Recording and streaming. RLI will audiovisually record each session and may stream it live. The recording and stream show the teachers and hosts. They may also capture a participant’s display name and any Q&A or chat message. Attendees join in listen-only mode and are not shown on camera unless the host invites them and they agree.

2. Your choices. Q&A and chat are optional. If you do not want to be identifiable in a recording, use a non-identifying display name and do not post personal, health or client information.

3. Use of recordings. RLI may edit the recordings and decide whether and how to make them available, subject to the teachers’ agreement and applicable privacy rights. No replay is promised as part of free registration.

General

1. Intellectual property. The sessions, recordings and materials belong to RLI, the teachers and their licensors. They are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, publish, sell or adapt them, or upload them to an artificial-intelligence or model-training system.

2. Privacy. RLI processes personal information in line with its privacy policy at https://terryreal.com/privacy-policy/. Your name and email address are shared with Zoom so that it can send your personal joining link.

3. No guarantees and limitation of liability. The Series is provided free of charge on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RLI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions caused by participants’ equipment or third-party services such as Zoom. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

4. Disputes. Massachusetts law governs these terms. Before starting any formal claim, send a written notice to support@terryreal.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

5. Updates and notices. RLI may update these terms for future registrations. Operational notices are sent to your registration email. Questions go to support@terryreal.com.
